The Hammerheads and Hogges kicked off the first of two matches on Friday night in Bermuda. The Hammerheads and Bermuda were both coming off back to back victories in the past two weeks. This game would end scoreless with each team collecting one point for the standings.
The Hammerheads and Bermuda both had goals in the first half but both were called back for offsides. The first half was evenly matched and ended in 0-0.
The second half would provide more action which included a pentalty kick for Bermuda which was saved by Daryl Sattler and kept the score line 0-0. Zeke Dombrowski had the best chance for the Hammerheads when he hit the cross bar midway through the second half. The Hammerheads also played much of the second half up a man since Bermuda had a player sent off in the 68th minute.
